Our Work Work employment pathways program is where we create the greatest social impact.

By hiring the vulnerable women from the shelters we donate to, we can empower them to re-establish their self-belief and independence after domestic violence and homelessness, while bridging the ‘love and skills’ gap in their journey to re-entering the workforce after living in crisis.

Every good cuppa and sweet treat has been made with love and care, generating life-changing employment hours for women rebuiding their lives and finding their way home again.

We love reaching for sustainable ingredients, local suppliers and home-grown produce - start with beautiful ingredients and you can't go wrong. We've partnered with community legends Breadfern and Single O, who share our values of good food, made ethically.

We sit together to share lunch every single day, knowing the power that food has to bring people together; as a grounding ritual, an act of generosity and a practise of gratitude.
