As Operations Manager for our hospitality arm (Good Food), you’ll play a key role supporting the General Manager - Hospitality across day-to-day operations, team leadership and development and driving sustained efficiencies of the Good Food business. Crucially, Two Good Co is looking at expanding its catering operations over the next 12 months, and this role will be a key support in executing on the growth plans.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, has excellent communications skills, can build and maintain effective working relationships and is adept in day-to-day food operations but has one eye on the bigger picture and commercially viable food operations.

Our new Café Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Two Good Café at Yirranma Place in Darlinghurst. Set in a beautiful heritage listed building that acts as a precinct for social purpose organisations, the café has a great internal clientele and local customers who regularly frequent the café.
The role will ensure the highest quality standards in both coffee and food productions whilst maintaining exceptional customer service, and effective operational management.
As Digital Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role to the Head of Marketing—owning the technical and data-driven foundation of Two Good’s marketing program. You’ll ensure our customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and digital platforms are optimised to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across
all commercial and impact channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and purpose-led, bringing a sharp eye for optimisation and a passion for improving customer experience through data, technology and insight.
