GOOD TIMES BROWNIE KIT: RECIPE

SERVES
10 - 16 people (and a whole lot of love)

Preheat oven to 150C (fan-forced)
Put all your butter into a microwave safe bowl and melt slowly on low power.
Add the dark chocolate pieces to the melted butter, using a whisk to stir until combined. (You may need to put the bowl back in the microwave to fully melt the chocolate - do this in 10 second intervals so you donʼt burn the chocolate.)
Crack all 4 eggs into a large bowl and whisk until combined.
Add melted chocolate/butter to the whisked eggs and mix gently until well combined.
Open the sachet of brownie powder and add to the mixture, whisk until everything is combined.
Add 80% of the Milk Choc and White Choc pieces to the mix. Set aside 20% of the pieces for decoration, and then fold remaining chocolate into the mix.
Pour the brownie mix into the supplied tin. Decorate top with the leftover pieces of chocolate.
Place on a tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, you now have two options:
A: Place in fridge for about 3 hours - this will make your brownie super fudgy inside.
B. Place on counter and let cool for about 30 minutes, it will be warm and gooey in the centre.
Serve with your favourite scoop of Messina, Two Goodʼs Sweet Dukkah, or both!
