TITLE: Digital Manager
REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing
START DATE: Immediate
LOCATION: TGC Head Office, 255 Wilson Street, Eveleigh, NSW 2015 - hybrid locations available.
HOURS: 12-month Full Time Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

As Digital Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role to the Head of Marketing—owning the technical and data-driven foundation of Two Good’s marketing program. You’ll ensure our customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and digital platforms are optimised to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across all commercial and impact channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and purpose-led, bringing a sharp eye for optimisation and a passion for improving customer experience through data, technology and insight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Manage the setup, execution, and optimisation of CRM, customer journeys, and automation workflows across Ortto and integrated platforms.
  • Build and maintain segmented flows, customer journeys, and automation workflows to support campaign goals and always-on marketing.
  • Own email marketing implementation and performance reporting in partnership with the Content & Storytelling Manager, who leads content development.
  • Support the delivery of loyalty, retention and B2B nurturing campaigns aligned to the broader marketing strategy.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Support the Head of Marketing in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Liaise with external media and performance agencies to ensure campaigns are briefed, executed, and optimised according to strategy.
  • Monitor ad performance and assist in campaign reporting, creative testing, and budget tracking.

Data & Performance Insight

  • Support the Head of Marketing by consolidating digital performance data into clear and actionable reporting insights.
  • Analyse and optimise customer conversion and retention metrics across eComm, wholesale and impact streams.
  • Manage campaign tracking to enable accurate measurement of marketing ROI.

Website & Experience Optimisation

  • Partner with agencies and developers to execute UX enhancements and manage ongoing improvements to the website.
  • Oversee digital performance tools, including Google Analytics, eComm platforms, and automation reporting systems.
  • Lead content management improvements to ensure a consistent, on-brand experience across the site - contributing to key platform enhancement projects.

Project & Campaign Support

  • Provide input into creative briefs to ensure campaigns are optimised for performance across all digital platforms.
  • Own timelines and deliverables for campaign-specific digital touchpoints in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and track the digital execution of campaigns, including landing pages, paid media assets, and conversion flows.
