Through the creation of beautiful, high-quality food and products, we support, empower and employ women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.
We have a busy catering kitchen where we employ vulnerable women in our employment pathways program, and we donate meals and care packs to community partners in and around Sydney.
WHAT'S THE JOB?
Good Things is the commercial part of our organisation, focussed on “profit for purpose” and is a key contributor to funding that allows us to have the Impact we strive to in helping vulnerable women.
This role forms a key part of this team and will manage and execute product initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teamwork and ensure seamless delivery of projects across toiletries and lifestyle segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management across product development ensuring timely execution within scope, timeline and budget.
Coordinate and work with internal team members and external partners to deliver on agreed work plan.
Maintain and execute product roadmaps, supporting customer engagement and experiential campaigns, recoding performance metrics.
Stakeholder management and engagement across partners, vendors and suppliers.
Maintain up to date market intelligence across sector trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
Proven project management experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or lifestyle industries, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
This is a 9-month Parental leave Contract due to start late Jan/early Feb 2026, and we are open to part time appointments for the right candidate.
