TITLE: Operations Manager - Hospitality REPORTS TO: General Manager - Hospitality START DATE: Immediate LOCATION: TGC Head Office, 255 Wilson Street, Eveleigh, NSW 2015 HOURS: Full Time
As Operations Manager for our hospitality arm (Good Food), you’ll play a key role supporting the General Manager - Hospitality across day-to-day operations, team leadership and development and driving sustained efficiencies of the Good Food business. Crucially, Two Good Co is looking at expanding its catering operations over the next 12 months, and this role will be a key support in executing on the growth plans.
The Two Good Food streams are retail hospitality and catering, and the Operations Manager will oversee operations of both across daily, weekly and monthly execution, strategic planning, catering evaluation, retail customer service and team member development.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, has excellent communications skills, can build and maintain effective working relationships and is adept in day-to-day food operations but has one eye on the bigger picture and commercially viable food operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hospitality Growth
Collaborate closely with the GM to implement and advance the growth strategy for Two Good’s hospitality offerings.
Support the GM in building partnerships that expand Two Good’s catering services and increase its market presence.
Create and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability and consistency across catering and concierge.
Working on new openings across recruitment, procurement, training and onboarding of new staff.
Assist in driving operational efficiencies across the Hospitality business.
Systems & Technology
Oversee the software, technology and systems utilised to ensure they are fit for purpose and can support the hospitality business through automation.
Implementation of new systems that help improve workflows across the hospitality business.
Ensuring that systems are used the right way, well maintained and up to date, as well as assisting with any trouble shooting.
Support, integrate and deliver across relevant systems.
Relationship Management
Cultivate Two Good relationships, both externally and internally across multiple streams of Two Good.
Work with customer and clients to ensure all their needs are met.
Proactively work with customers and clients to maximise commercial opportunities through extending existing relationships and forging new ones.
Catering Operations
Support key stakeholders in the delivery of best in class catering and retail hospitality.
Ensure the operations are commercially viable and can be scaled in a sustainable and profitable way.
Working with, setting and updating catering and hospitality budgets, providing broader business updates on progress.
Effective rostering and wages management.
Support and develop site and specialist leads on key operational development requirements.

Professionally, you are an commercially savvy operations native, an empathetic people focussed operator and have experience of expanding multi-site hospitality operations and taking existing teams on the journey. Ideally you will have experience with hospitality systems, be confident in navigating and maximising technology for commercial gain and have excellent communication skills.
