TITLE: Office Manager
LOCATION: 255 Wilson Street, Eveleigh, NSW, 2015, Australia
HOURS: Full time

WHO ARE WE?

Two Good is a social enterprise driven by a simple but powerful belief: every person is worthy of love and respect. Through the creation of beautiful, high-quality food and products, we support, empower and employ women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.

At our Eveleigh site – Yaama Dhiyaan – our catering kitchen, warehouse and head office come together to form the beating heart of our operation. Every day, our team produces meals and care packs donated to community partners across Sydney, while running an employment pathways program that changes lives.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Reporting directly to the COO, this is a pivotal role responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of our Eveleigh site. You will be the connective tissue of the organisation – the person who keeps our people safe, our spaces functional and our stakeholders well looked after.

This is a genuinely varied position that combines facilities and office management, Work Health & Safety leadership, IT coordination and stakeholder engagement. No two days will look the same.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations across the catering kitchen, warehouse and head office to maintain a safe, functional and professional working environment.
  • Partnering with the Warehouse Manager and culinary team to ensure all operational spaces meet compliance, safety and functionality standards.
  • Leading the organisation's Work Health & Safety program in collaboration with the Safety Consultant, including conducting risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation and driving a proactive safety culture across all Two Good sites.
  • Managing frontline IT support, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and the outsourced IT department to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Overseeing procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment and tools to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Designing and facilitating the corporate volunteer training program, delivering an engaging and high-quality experience for all participants.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all site visitors, maintaining a professional, warm and welcoming front-of-house presence in line with our values.
  • Providing project coordination support and assisting with ad hoc operational activities, including local logistics and deliveries as required.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly. Just as importantly, you share our values:

  • We are a team – we take care of each other
  • Everyone is equal at our table
  • Small things matter most
  • Connection with community
  • Profit for purpose

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Proven office management experience, ideally across multi-faceted or multi-site operations.
  • Demonstrated Work Health & Safety experience, including practical knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment frameworks and driving safety initiatives in a workplace setting.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills – you know how to make people feel welcome and well supported.
  • First-line IT troubleshooting capability; comfortable being the go-to person before escalating to a specialist.
  • Experience interpreting and applying policy and process in an operational context.
  • Confidence in facilitating presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
