TITLE: Head of Foundation
REPORTS TO: CEO

LOCATION: TGC Head Office, 255 Wilson St, Eveleigh NSW 2015
HOURS: Full Time

This newly created role will become the custodian and strategic driver of the Two Good Foundation, which will oversee the impact, effectiveness, relevance and governance of our social impact employment program. In addition to this, the Head of Foundation will own and manage our philanthropic relationships and fundraising activities, to help Two Good further its impact.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for taking a capable team to the next level, contributing at Senior & Executive levels, as well as representing the foundation to the Two Good Board.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Strategic Foundation leadership and objective setting that aligns to Impact and Two Good’s 5-year plan, supported by clear structures, budgets, goals and team plans.
  • Accountability for fundraising and sustainable revenue growth across competitive grants, corporate partnerships and events.
  • Strategically partner with and align to Family Offices and Philanthropic partners to build long term sustainable partnerships, that support Impact.
  • Own the strategic direction of the employment program its purpose, model, feasibility, success metrics, participant exit planning and alignment to the Theory of Change.
  • Full responsibility for the Foundations Governance and Compliance requirements across NFP and charity requirements.
  • Team leadership and development of Program Delivery & Alumni team, embedding in a culture of empathy, resilience and self-care.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You are both passionate about, and have worked within socially driven impactful organisations, at various stages of maturity, with a hands-on approach to delivering results. We believe this equates to;

  • 8+ years' senior leadership experience in the NFP, philanthropic or social enterprise sector.
  • Proven track record securing major grants, philanthropic partnerships or family office relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including managers.
  • Comfortable working in a maturing organisation.
  • Strong understanding of NFP/charity governance and board reporting.
