We are looking for our next Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be a key member of the Executive Team and lead the hospitality and operational performance of Two Good Co.’s venues and production operations.
This role ensures the delivery of exceptional food and customer experiences, strong commercial performance, and operational consistency across multiple sites.
The COO oversees venue operations, food production, service delivery, logistics, and workforce performance, while playing a critical role in scaling the organisation’s hospitality footprint to support both commercial growth and employment pathway outcomes.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Partnering with the CEO and Board to translate organisational strategy into clear hospitality and operational priorities, ensuring sustainable growth of the hospitality vertical.
Hands-on leadership of Two Good venues, kitchens, food production, and customer service environments, ensuring operational excellence and high standards of food quality, service delivery, presentation, and customer experience.
Analyse and act on operational and financial metrics to ensure long term sustainability of the Two Good hospitality vertical allowing us to maximise our Impact.
Provide exceptional leadership to the team, broader organisation and externally when representing Two Good.
