TITLE: Business Analyst
REPORTS TO: Marketing & Partnerships Manager
START DATE: Immediate
LOCATION: TGC Head Office, 255 Wilson Street, Eveleigh NSW 2015
HOURS: Contract Role, 2-3 Days/Week, Fixed Term. Flexible hours & hybrid locations available.

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our social enterprise organisation, who's ready to join our table and work their magic for a business for good.

Two Good has set a vision to leverage data as a facilitator of growth, connecting our customers, partners, recipients of donations and our workforce, allowing us to better articulate our measured impact, inspiring other women to join our programs and providing advocacy for our sector.

Pivotal to the success of this program, the BA will help Two Good realise our data ambitions through the effective leadership of core data workstreams.

  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams, and Digital Advisory Board shaping business requirements to map the current state of our systems and integrations and define future ambitions.
  • Writing and managing an RFP to procure and appoint a System Integrator responsible for designing a data warehousing solution for Two Good, and delivering on our future technology roadmap.
  • Analysing data, building dashboards/reporting and developing new solutions that meet the ongoing needs of our organisation.
  • Through data, connect the relationships between corporate partners providing measured tiered impact back to each of our stakeholders.
  • Generate a consolidated view of customers that account for various touch points across the organisation including purchases, volunteering, and donations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to and help shape our future technology roadmap.
  • Write and manage an RFP process, and appointment of a Systems Integrator.
  • Ability to take user requirements and develop systems, tools and procedures that provide solutions.
  • Contribute to and help maintain data models across multiple systems
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in a social enterprise or Not-for-profit organisation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customisation an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
